Я обожаю, когда к Help присоединяют глагол в инфинитиве без to:

I can help you finish this piece.

Есть легенда, что это американская традиция. Мол, британцы всегда говорят help + to + verb.

По версии Би-би-си, частица to при help возможна, но не обязательна. И, оказывается, есть и другие интересные спорные моменты:

I hate shopping so what I’ve done is (to) order a new computer over the Internet.
All I did was (to) suggest that she should lend him no more money. I didn’t insist on it.
I would like you to tidy the house and (to) wash the dishes before I get home.
